Comfortable working with AI tools and APIs
Ability to see a manual process and automate it
Problem‑solving skills—you find ways to make things work
Keep at least one AI tool tab open at all times (this is how we work)
About working at BeanWe move fast. We use AI for almost everything. We want people who keep AI tools open while they work, learn constantly, and don’t wait for permission to make things better. We’re building to eliminate decision fatigue, and we need people who share that vision.

No fluff. No corporate BS. Just people who want to build something that matters.
Location & Work ArrangementWe’re remote across Canada, but if you’re willing to relocate or already are in Halifax, Nova Scotia, we’d want you to come in person 1‑2 days a week to collaborate with the team.
