Wiza is seeking a Technical Support Manager to own our PLG support function end-to-end—overseeing product inquiries, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting for all users. You will lead the automation layer with Fin AI, extend coverage across channels, and drive proactive education and self-serve content.

You will also own help center content, establish KPIs, and partner with Engineering/Product to surface issues and influence roadmap priorities.
