Kids True Care seeks a compassionate qualified committed to supporting children with autism. You will supervise ABA programs, track data, and mentor Behaviour Therapists. This position includes ongoing professional development within a supportive clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-to-one ABA sessions in family homes
• Track data and support implementation of behaviour plans
• Supervise clinical programs and complete assessments
• Build comprehensive treatment plans and lead parent training
• Mentor Behaviour Therapists and collaborate with the clinical director
Requirements:
• RBA registration in Ontario
• 10+ years of supervising ABA programs
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Degree in psychology or related field
