Open to Senior Accountants (5+ years), Accounting Supervisors/Managers, or experienced Bookkeepers ready to take ownership of the full accounting function.Responsibilities
Manage full accounting cycle: GL, reconciliations, and month/quarter/year-end closePrepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAPOversee AR/AP, cash flow, invoicing, collections, and vendor paymentsLead payroll processing, taxes, and reportingMaintain internal controls and ensure regulatory complianceCoordinate audits and support budgeting/financial planningIdentify opportunities to improve processes, including leveraging automation/AI toolsQualifications




5+ years of progressive accounting experienceFull-cycle accounting and financial reporting experienceSupervisory experience preferredCPA (or working toward) is a plusExperience with accounting systems preferable Quickbooks onlineNice to Have
Experience using AI or automation to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiencyWhat You Bring
