We are seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead complex clinical programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligned with GCP, ICH, SOPs, timelines, and financial performance , while driving operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end clinical trial projects (start-up, execution, close-out)
- Act as primary sponsor-facing contact and ensure high client satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Clinical Data Management, QA, Logistics, Regulatory, Finance)
- Ensure compliance with GCP (Valuable Clinical Practice), ICH guidelines, and SOPs
- Develop and maintain Project Management Plans (PMP), risk logs, and study documentation
- Monitor KPIs, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Lead risk assessment, issue escalation, and CAPA management
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities

Profile

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or Healthcare
- 3+ years’ experience in clinical project management (CRO, pharma, biotech, or service provider)
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial lifecycle, GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in multi-study or multi-country trials is a plus
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2,



or equivalent (preferred)
