Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets set by the Supervisor
• Deliver outstanding customer service per YMCA standards
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Respond effectively to member inquiries
• Engage with patrons to foster a sense of belonging
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Flexible hours availability, evenings and weekends
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Complete mandatory training before starting
