Experience supporting vendor transitions, benefit vendor changes, or system upgrades that affect payroll inputs, deductions, funding, reporting, or employee experience.
Strong project management and cross‐functional partnership skills across Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and People.
Familiarity with payroll platforms/tools such as CloudPay, Remote, Workday integrations, or similar systems.
High attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work independently in a fast‐paced environment.
