Lead daily operations at Toronto Cat Rescue as the Facility and Cat Operations Manager. Oversee volunteer management, adoption logistics, and ensure efficient facility support at TCR’s Volunteer Centre. As a full-time Manager focused on Facility and Cat Operations at TCR, you will coordinate the daily activities that ensure the smooth functioning of our rescue efforts. Your role involves leading volunteer teams, managing logistics for pet-store adoption operations, and maintaining a safe, organized environment for cats. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Director and various stakeholders to facilitate the adoption process.
