High Tech Genesis is seeking an HR operations qualified to support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to payroll and engagement. This role emphasizes accuracy in HRIS data, contract generation, and training coordination.

Ideal candidates hold a university HR degree with 3+ years in HR and a possible CRHA/CHRP/SHRM asset, and are bilingual in English and French. The position is based in our Montreal office with standard full-time hours.
