Reporting to the Project Manager, the HSET Superintendent leads site operations to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. This position demands solid leadership, coaching skills, and experience in mining operations. You’ll drive continuous improvements in safety systems and ensure effective decision-making with operational teams and site leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and improve HSET programs and systems
• Serve as advisor to Project Manager and leadership team
• Coach and develop the HSET team
• Manage site risk processes and critical controls
• Lead incident management and investigations

Requirements:
• Minimum 4-6 years in HSET roles
• Experience in underground mining operations
• Knowledge of British Columbia Mines Act
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
