Key Responsibilities
• Design and deploy the Target Operating Model across supply chains
• Translate operations needs into functional requirements




• Prioritize improvements based on ROI and operational impact
• Lead critical incident management with IS&T;
• Develop business cases and manage project budgets

Requirements:
• University degree in relevant business or engineering field
• 15+ years in manufacturing or supply chain roles
• Robust ERP flow knowledge, especially SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
