As an Adoption and Change Management Consultant, you will deliver consultative services directly to clients and build stakeholder relationships. You will support technology implementations, digital transformation, data, and business application initiatives. Your work may include standalone adoption, change management, or training engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build client relationships and understand business technology needs
- Assess people, process, and business impacts of changes
- Develop organizational change management plans and governance approaches
- Create communications, training strategies, and adoption resources




- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend engagement improvements

Requirements:

- Two or more years supporting change, adoption, training, or communications
- Direct client or stakeholder experience in consulting or delivery
- Experience supporting technology implementations or adoption initiatives
- Robust written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet delivery commitments
