Lead Constellation Payments' Risk team from the comfort of your home in Canada. As a Risk Supervisor, you will ensure comprehensive oversight of merchant risk while driving team performance and operational excellence. In this full time remote role, you will be responsible for managing daily risk operations including fraud monitoring, transaction reviews, and effective communication with various departments. Your leadership will play a crucial part in risk assessment and compliance, focused on protecting merchant portfolios and improving operational controls.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Risk team
• Supervise fraud, compliance, and operational risk monitoring
• Approve investigations and manage escalated cases




• Conduct quality assurance reviews of team outputs
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to analysts

Requirements:
• 5+ years in risk operations or related fields
• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of payment processing and fraud prevention
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
