Maison Aqua Spa and Nuance Medispa are looking for a talented, motivated Social Media & Content Creator to join our team in-house 2–3 days per week.

We are looking for someone who can capture the essence of our luxury spa and medical aesthetics businesses through beautiful, engaging content that attracts new clients, showcases our services, and strengthens our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Photography:

- Film and create high-quality Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, and short-form videos.
- Capture photos and videos of treatments, facilities, products, staff, and the client experience.
- Create engaging before-and-after content, with appropriate client consent.
- Showcase the luxury atmosphere of Maison Aqua Spa and the advanced treatments offered at Nuance Medispa.
- Edit videos and photos to create polished, skilled content consistent with our brands.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and organize a weekly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions, create graphics, and schedule posts.
- Stay on top of current trends, trending audio, hashtags, and content strategies.
- Monitor engagement and help grow our followers and online visibility.
- Help respond to comments and messages and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Marketing & Business Growth:

- Promote spa services, medical aesthetics treatments, packages,



seasonal offers, and special events.
- Develop creative campaigns to increase bookings, attract new clients, and encourage repeat visits.
- Work with management to highlight new services, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Track social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and generate leads.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Experience filming and editing Reels and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- A strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and luxury branding.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Professional and confident filming in a spa and medical aesthetics environment.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, and the luxury industry.
- Able to turn ideas into engaging content without needing constant direction.

Experience in the beauty, skincare, spa, medical aesthetics, or luxury hospitality industry is a strong asset.

A portfolio or examples of previous social media work are required.

Position Details:

- Location: In-house at Maison Aqua Spa and Nuance Medispa, Montreal.
- Schedule: 2–3 days per week.




- Employment type: Part-time.
- Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.

This is not a remote position. We want someone on-site who can capture real treatments, the client experience, our team, and the atmosphere of both businesses.

Nous recherchons une personne qui saura mettre en valeur l’expérience haut de gamme de notre spa de luxe ainsi que les traitements spécialisés offerts dans notre medispa.

Vos responsabilités:

Création de contenu:

- Filmer et créer des Reels Instagram, des vidéos TikTok et des stories.
- Prendre des photos et des vidéos des soins, des traitements, des installations, des produits et de notre équipe.
- Créer du contenu esthétique, professionnel et tendance qui reflète l’image haut de gamme de nos deux établissements.
- Réaliser le montage de vidéos et de photos à l’aide d’outils comme CapCut et Canva.
- Créer du contenu avant-après, lorsque pertinent et avec le consentement approprié des clients.
