STRATFORD SUBARU is looking for a flat rate 3rd Year Apprentice/Licensed 310s Technician

The Licensed Technician will be responsible for working efficiently and effectively on all customer vehicles. We are looking for exceedingly capable Technicians who are able to maintain , repair and service vehicles with a high rate of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at the dealership. If you have great attention to detail, a tireless work ethic, and excel in a team environment then this role is for you

Job Duties may include:

- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned
- Diagnose the source of any malfunction and perform the repair
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
- Explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors
- Perform road tests and safety inspections
- Conduct other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Possess :

- Automotive Licensed 310S Technician or 3rd/4th year Apprentice
- Robust Aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs
- Valid Driver’s License (Class G) and a clean driving record
- The ability to work in a team with strong interpersonal skills and an upbeat, engaging attitude
- The ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
- ODP Licence
- Drive Clean-Light Duty Inspector Certification

Position Status Disclosure:

- The expected compensation range for this role is $79,000 - $105,000/year (The range may vary based on experience and qualifications)
