Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service at the front counter and via phone
- Promote and explain advantages of DUCA's services
- Make proactive calls to assist Members and book appointments
- Process transactions such as deposits and withdrawals
- Identify and fulfill Members' various financial service needs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum two years' experience in customer service, banking preferred
- Strong understanding of computer systems
- Previous sales experience considered an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
