Join Grey Eagle Resort & Casino as a Host/Hostess and provide exceptional guest experiences in Calgary. Engage with guests, ensure proper seating, and maintain service excellence in a lively environment.

This role reports to the Front of House Shift Supervisor and is focused on greeting and seating customers promptly. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer interaction and safety protocols while assisting with various tasks throughout the foodservice operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in foodservice outlets
- Monitor and assign seating effectively and fairly
- Provide excellent customer service aligned with company standards
- Assist Food and Beverage staff where needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at hostess station

Requirements:

- Valid Alberta Pro Serve Certification
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles
- Post-Secondary education in Hospitality Management preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a busy workplace
