We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join our existing yard team with fixed-term responsibilities until 25/03/2027. You will provide high-quality care, oversee commercial activities, and assist students on weekends. Your leadership and enthusiasm will be essential in maintaining our standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality daily care to liveries
- Assist in running commercial activities and events
- Support students performing weekend duties
- Lead the yard team by example
- Maintain a positive working setting

Requirements:

- Level 3 equestrian supervision qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work every other weekend from 8-6
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and level-headed approach
