The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team in Canada. You will report to the Operations Manager and deliver courteous, qualified support to customers at our retail locations.

Key duties include handling inquiries, following up on needs, promoting loyalty, and reviewing daily order reports. We value teamwork, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and strong communication and computer skills.
