Job Overview: Requirement/Must Have: 10 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking industry. Experience in Cash Management, SWIFT payments, and Banking. Consulting experience. Expertise in functional and operational knowledge of Global Banking activities. Deep knowledge of and experience executing all project management concepts. Project planning, documentation experience, and stakeholder management. Excellent level of knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

In-depth understanding of project life cycle and the implications of each phase. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage situations of conflict and work professionally and efficiently with collaborators to arrive at a solution. Ability to adapt and learn current processes quickly. Ability to multi-task and shift gears for assorted topics during the project life cycle. Ability to delve into complicated situations, sort information, and propose solutions or next steps.

Responsibilities:

Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation facilitation planning and dependency management techniques. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation. Lead sprint planning and stand ups to facilitate entire project lifecycle from beginning to end.

Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans of action. Create clear visibility into status and progress within the team and for stakeholders. Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks. Define and drive mitigation plans.



Manage and lead assigned projects to completion with delivery of agreed objectives. Ensure that all projects follow Group Policies and Procedure including proper Project Governance and Software Development Lifecycle.

Identify and obtain the buy-in from the Primary Project Stakeholders and Sponsors. Leverage expertise and problem-solving skills to propose solutions during each phase of the project. Drive the delivery effort by maintaining project lists, organizing follow up meetings, creating and distributing meeting minutes. Ensure clear communication of goals, budget, risks, efforts involved, and project status.

Work closely with all functions including Front office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Risk to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. Provide project plans, status reports, track issues and risks, budget/actuals tracking, testing co-ordination, implementation plan preparation and oversight. Demonstrate good judgement when making decisions of high complexity and impact. Exercise appropriate autonomy in the execution and delivery of work. Drive outcomes which have meaningful effect on the team or department.

Act in a leadership capacity for assigned projects. Build relationships with a mix of colleagues and clients. Interact regularly with management and department leaders. Influence stakeholders at the team level.

Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university with focus on IT, Business Administration, or other relevant fields of study. 10 years of relevant industry experience in Banking.

Education:
Bachelors Degree and relevant IT project management experience. Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results. Compréhension approfondie du cycle de vie d'un projet et des enjeux associés à chacune de ses phases. Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite. Capacité à gérer les situations de conflit, à travailler de manière professionnelle et efficace avec les différents collaborateurs et à parvenir à des solutions communes.
