The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company (Sun Life) is seeking a Disability Absence Consultant on a 12-month contract to provide expert HR support within HR Shared Services and support Sun Life's Salary Continuance program. You will serve as an HR operations expert on disability absence processes and collaborate across Payroll, Perks and HR partners.

You will administer the leave lifecycle, advise employees on timelines and required documentation, and identify opportunities to improve
