School District No. 62 (Sooke) is seeking an Administrative Assistant on-call to support our school offices across 28 schools. The role involves greeting visitors, handling calls, processing documents, and supporting financial and clerical tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will have a 2-year Office Administration program, rapid typing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision within a team.
