House of Friendship in Waterloo Region seeks a Health Initiatives Manager to lead the Health Initiatives team within ShelterCare and Supportive Housing, coordinating wraparound health supports and collaborating across programs.

This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) involves supervision, staff development, program operations, data reporting, and ensuring secure, confidential service delivery, with evening/weekend coverage for 24/7 operations.
