Beacon Community Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Co-op) to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Manager of Finance, you will prepare and post invoices, process payments, maintain tenant and customer accounts, and perform reconciliations across programs.
You will collaborate with program managers, clients, residents, and funding partners to resolve inquiries, ensure accurate records, and support annual rent processes and audits in a busy workplace.
