Become a Primary Care Paramedic with Emergency Health Services in Slave Lake, Alberta. You will assess emergency scenes, transport patients, and deliver critical care in a demanding setting.

EHS is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Paramedic to provide emergency medical support. This role involves operating ambulances, administering treatment, and ensuring equipment readiness during patient care. You will face various challenging conditions, requiring physical endurance and immediate response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess emergency scenes and determine patient needs
- Operate ambulances for patient transport and care
- Administer minor medications and use BLS airway tools
- Lead the BLS team during emergency responses
- Maintain and stock ambulances to required standards

Requirements:

- Non-restricted Alberta PCP registration with ACOP
- Current BCLS CPR certification
- Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence
- Successful completion of the F.A.R.E. test
- Previous EMS experience preferred
