Tim Hortons is seeking a part-time Recruitment & HR Coordinator to oversee full lifecycle recruitment for restaurant roles and support HR management across the team. You will coach managers on performance, administer policies, and ensure compliance with ESA and related laws while maintaining data-driven insights using Power BI and Excel.

The role is in-office, Monday to Friday, with On-site parking and a focus on building an inclusive, high-performing culture within a franchise-led workplace.
