Vancouver Island Health Authority (Island Health) is seeking an Activity & Rehabilitation Coordinator in Duncan, BC, to plan and coordinate individual and group activities within rehabilitation programs for residents with reliable mental illness in a community-based facility.

Reporting to the Manager, you will promote a normal lifestyle, support physical, social, emotional, intellectual and cultural needs, and act as a resource to the multidisciplinary team in planning and evaluating
