What will you work on?

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, andstrategic decision support for Spin Master's Entertainment business. Acting as a trusted business partnerto senior leaders, this role will provide financial insights that drive decision-making while also supportingfinancial reporting, royalty administration, and other critical finance activities.

How will you create impact?

- Prepare departmental budgets and forecasts consistent with company budgeting andforecasting cycle
- Partner with leaders across Distribution, Development, Production, Business Affairs,
- Licensing & Marketing, and Franchise Marketing to provide financial guidance, insights,and decision support.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting, analysis,



and presentations thatsupport business performance reviews and executive decision-making.
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identify key drivers of variances, andcommunicate actionable insights to business and finance leaders.
- Develop and maintain financial models, departmental forecasts, cash flow projections, andother planning tools to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
- Track and analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key performanceindicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Support the preparation of brand and project-level profit and loss reporting, includingfinancial performance analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with the broader Finance team to ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, andcompliance with company processes and timelines.
- Provide reliable financial data, reporting, and recommendations that enable informeddecision-making across the Entertainment organization.
