- $21.69 plus Gratuity WHAT WILL I BE DOING?The purpose of this role is to lead the Porter team in delivering exceptional guest service by managing event space set-up and tear-down, maintaining standards, coordinating logistics,



and supporting seamless conference and banquet operations.
* Manage guest relationships by setting clear service expectations, actively soliciting feedback, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
* Lead and coach the Porter team in daily responsibilities, holding each team member accountable to service standards.
* Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure conference spaces are in proper working condition and meet guest standards.
* Supervise and assist with the set-up and tear-down of meeting rooms, stock linen, and oversee inventory management.
* Create bar requisitions from Banquet Event Order (BEO) information, ensuring requisitions are accurately filled and delivered to banquet bars.
* Support beverage control by conducting periodic audits and supervising
