The Opportunity

As a Senior Project Manager I, you will step beyond individual program delivery into a broader leadership role — overseeing a team of Project Managers, owning PMO performance across a portfolio of clients, and shaping delivery strategy at an organizational level.



You are viewed as a senior executive partner by clients and firm leadership, directly accountable for the health, profitability, and growth of the programs and people under your leadership. This role blends deep delivery expertise with people leadership and strategic influence across the practice.

What You'll Do

- Own PMO performance across a portfolio of client programs, accountable for delivery quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing their performance, development, and career growth
- Serve as the senior escalation point across the portfolio for the most critical program-level risks and issues
- Set and continuously refine delivery standards and PMO governance across your portfolio
- Build and deepen executive-level client relationships, driving strategic
