Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input and incorporate supply chain constraints into the project schedule.
- Conduct RFX’s for critical POs and contracts (long lead, high value, or high complexity).
- Prepare commercial evaluations, POs, and contracts.
- Interface and collaborate with discipline engineers and construction team to progress on SC deliverables.
- Protect interest of company with appropriate contractual provisions
- Administer contracts and expedite POs.
- Review invoices accuracy against POs and contracts and submission to funding system for
