Continental Chain & Rigging (CCR), part of the Hercules Group of Companies, is looking for a full-time Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Edmonton, AB . You'll develop recent business, strengthen existing customer relationships, and represent our industrial products and solutions, backed by the expertise, resources, and support of a national industrial organization.

What You'll Do

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base.




- Plan and conduct face-to-face sales visits to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate CCR products and solutions.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage customer accounts, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with branch employees and other sales team members to develop effective sales strategies.
- Balance customer visits, prospecting, and branch-based activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor customer needs and market opportunities to support business growth.
- Travel outside Edmonton as required to meet customers and develop business.
