About us
At FluoRok, we are reimagining how the world manufactures fluorochemicals. As an Oxford University spin-out backed by leading venture capital investors, we are developing breakthrough technologies that make the production of essential fluorinated materials safer, more sustainable, and more cost-effective.
Our innovations have applications across some of the world's most important industries, including batteries, pharmaceuticals, crop protection and advanced materials.
Based at ARC Oxford, a premier science and innovation campus, our team works from cutting-edge R&D; laboratories and pilot-scale manufacturing facilities as we build the next generation of fluorochemical production.
Role purpose
As FluoRok scales from a venture-backed innovator to a future industrial leader, the Management Accountant will play a key role in building and strengthening our in-house finance function and supporting the next phase of growth. Initially, you will support our finance transformation programme and transition to internally produced reporting. Over time, you will take ownership of month-end close, management accounts, cash reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance and day-to-day finance operations. This is a unique opportunity to make a visible impact, work closely with senior leadership, and help shape the financial foundations of a fast-growing deep-tech company.
