About the Position

ATS Traffic is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking to work within a professional setting and someone eager to learn new skill's





This position is the first point of contact for customers looking to acquire equipment from ATS. CSP will handle call s, quotes, invoices , and sales orders alongside customer concerns as well as taking orders via phone, email , and walk-in.

- Data Entry: accurately process quotes, sales orders and tickets in various systems
- Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers
