Role Summary
We're seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead solution architecture and delivery for enterprise banking/insurance/wealth engagements. You will own the end-to-end technical design, hands-on implementation, integration patterns, and governance for scalable, secure, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned to business outcomes (KYC/Onboarding, Relationship Management, Lending, Claims, Advisors/Households, and Omni-channel Service). You'll coach a cross-functional squad (admins, developers, QA, BA, data, integration) and serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for client stakeholders.
