We seek a Manager, Customer Recovery to lead a team of Recovery Coaches, scale the Intelligent Recovery Motion, and oversee the Fire-Team executive escalation process across mid-market and SMB accounts. You will drive proactive customer rescue, leverage data feedback loops, and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to resolve issues and reduce churn.
