- Run plumbing and gas service calls: install, repair, maintain, and test commercial and light industrial plumbing and gas systems.
- Diagnose plumbing and gas-related issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and modify existing installations on renovation and retrofit projects.
- Install new systems and carry out retrofits in compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
- Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance under year-round service contracts with established commercial accounts
- Deliver professional,

Qualifications:
- Certified Journeyperson Plumber and/or licensed General Gasfitter preferred (Red Seal welcome)
- registered apprentices are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience on commercial and light industrial plumbing projects.
- Willingness to learn and work on HVAC equipment
- no prior HVAC experience needed, we train you.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.
