The ideal candidate will lead all quality functions, promote a culture of quality, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Required are 5+ years in quality management in heavy industry, ISO 9001 expertise, and strong leadership. Metallurgy knowledge and Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
