The Senior Director, Continuing Care Homes & Specialized Clinical Programs is a pivotal provincial leadership role responsible for advancing high-quality, person-centred care for some of Alberta's most vulnerable populations. This role will influence how services are designed, integrated, measured, and continuously improved to ensure they remain equitable, evidence-informed, sustainable, and responsive to the evolving needs of Albertans.
Reporting to the Senior Provincial Director, Program Excellence, the Senior Director provides strategic leadership and provincial accountability for Continuing Care Homes, Palliative Care, Specialty Clinical Programs, and Allied Health services.
