Maamwesying North Shore Community Health Services Inc is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the HART Hub in Sagamok Anishnawbek, ON. This full time contract position provides direct clinical care within the full scope of practice and supports integrated primary health care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver services to First Nation and Aboriginal people, incorporating harm reduction, trauma-informed care and cultural safety, while meeting organizational goals.
