The successful candidate will provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance regarding insurance products, compliance, distribution, claims, and corporate initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing subsidiary corporate governance across Canadian provinces,



drafting and reviewing insurance-related contracts, and designing legal compliance training programs for internal stakeholders.Eligibility:
