Join Compass Homecare as a Registered Practical Nurse for overnight shifts. This role is crucial in delivering personalized care to clients in Midland and LaFontaine Region. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver nursing care per care plans and CNO standards
• Administer medications and monitor health outcomes
• Perform wound care, injections, and health assessments
• Report significant client health changes accurately
• Provide personal care and daily living support

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Robust English communication skills, additional languages an asset
• Previous home or community nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
• Current Basic Life Support certification Your nursing skills and compassionate care are vital to empower clients to remain independent in their homes.
