Walter Surface Technologies is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced distribution workplace. You will be responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, transfers, and inventory control on the floor.

The ideal candidate will have strong WMS/RF experience, team leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves coaching staff, optimizing labor, and driving continuous improvement on the warehouse floor.
