A Resident Care Coordinator position in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan, within Aspen Village Special Care Home. Reporting to the Nursing Unit Manager, you will lead the unit, coordinate resident care, and mentor staff and families to ensure high-quality care.
The role requires a BScN and CRNS eligibility, with a minimum of three years in long-term care nursing. Valid BLS and related registrations are expected. The position is a full time day-shift role within an on-site facility.
