We are a warm, busy family based in the Quilchena area of Vancouver, BC looking for a full time, long-term nanny who is proactive, dependable and comfortable working as part of a team with other caregivers. We have two sons, 1.5 and 9. Initially the role will be mostly supporting the care of our toddler, helping around the house with organization, light housekeeping, walking the dog, etc. Our older child has complex medical needs and is enrolled in distance learning. Over time, we’d like the successful candidate to learn our older child’s care and learning routines and provide backup for his primary nanny. As there will be multiple caregivers (nannies and parents) working together, we are looking for someone who communicates well, is adaptable and is comfortable coordinating with other adults in a busy household. Because of our son’s medical fragility,



we are careful about illness exposure and place a high priority on cleanliness and good hygiene and the nanny will be required to wear a mask in the home. EA, ECE, medical or disability support experience is an asset, patience, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential. The hours are 10am-6pm M-F, and we are hoping for a nanny who can be flexible and is willing to work the occasional evening or weekend, and travel with us 1-2 times per year.
