Elevate patient care as a Temporary Part-Time Registered Dietitian at CGMH Work Monday to Friday, implementing personalized nutrition plans to support healing and recovery in a team-oriented environment. In this part-time role, you will report to the Manager of Food Services. Your expertise in nutrition, patient assessment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will ensure that patients receive the best care possible. Key Responsibilities
• Screen patients for nutritional intervention needs
• Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes




• Conduct meal rounds to assess patient satisfaction
• Educate patients and staff on nutrition best practices

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in Human Nutrition
• Registration with College of Dietitians of Ontario
• One year of clinical experience in nutrition
• Experience in enteral and parenteral nutrition
