Royal Drugs, Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support pharmacists and technicians in fulfilling orders accurately and promptly. This full time, permanent position requires strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities include handling pharmacy and customer service inquiries, processing payments, preparing IV orders, coordinating with shipping, and ensuring proper documentation and payer information. Salary is $23.50 per hour.
