Valard Construction is seeking a Grounding Coordinator for the Waasigan Transmission Line Construction Project in Northern Ontario. The role reports to the Construction Manager and focuses on high-voltage grounding systems, counterpoise installation, groundwell construction, and FOP testing.

This field-based position requires leadership of up to 10 crew members and strict safety adherence. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, PEO-registered or in-training, and hands-on
