We are a warm and friendly family in Toronto, looking for a caring, reliable, and nurturing nanny to care for our 2.5-year-old daughter, Eva. Eva attends a Waldorf preschool from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and we are looking for someone to pick her up at noon and spend the afternoon with her until 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Her preschool is just a one minute walk from our home, making pickup very convenient. Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 20 hours per week
- Part-time, live-out position Responsibilities
- Picking Eva up from her Waldorf preschool and safely walking her home.
- Providing attentive, loving care in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Engaging her in age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, imaginative play, outdoor activities, and visits to nearby parks.
- Supporting her curiosity, creativity, independence, and development through play.
- Preparing straightforward meals and snacks for Eva.
- Maintaining a tidy play area and cleaning up after meals and activities. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and is patient,



warm, dependable, and proactive. An appreciation for Waldorf-inspired values, such as imaginative play, time outdoors, creativity, and a gentle approach to early childhood development, would be a wonderful asset. Previous childcare experience, references, and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred. We are offering $22-$28 per hour for this position based on experience.
