Key Responsibilities
• Conduct donor registration and eligibility screening
• Perform venipuncture and monitor donor comfort
• Maintain accurate records across collection systems
• Educate donors on blood donation protocols
• Assist in setting up mobile donor clinics

Requirements:
• Current RN license in positive standing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office
